I just finished reading this article here. It’s a Q&A with Erica Frontiero, senior vice president at GE Capital and President of Y.E.S. I highly recommend it, in fact, if I could quote the entire article, I would – there is just a ton of good advice for college students and aspiring young professionals.
The two main things I took away from the article though are the ideas of having a personal board of directors and maintaining a “favor bank”.
