This summer, while enjoying a lunch of salmon (above) at a sidewalk cafe in Paris, with a view of the Louvre (above), I met Molly Barker, founder of Girls on the Run. She was having lunch alone and noticed that my friends and I spoke English and started up a conversation with us that continuted long beyond our lunch.
